Learning how to program with Scratch introduces computing and Computer Science to a younger audience using the Scratch programming environment. Students who are interested in learning how to program on their computer will love Scratch. Students will be able to make connections between computing, Computer Science, and Mathematics, while having fun learning how to create computer games.  Scratch helps make learning to program fun and intuitive. Scratch is free and it's used by millions of people around the world. It's a visual drag-drop language that eliminates many of the tedious details that get in the way so there is less typing and more experimentation. Scratch also supports sharing and collaboration so you can share and work with other people.
