How to Move a Single Google Doc to Multiple Folders

This tip allows you to move Google Drive files, documents, presentations and spreadsheets into multiple folders. For example, you have two folders for two separate classes and you want to share a document you have written with both classes. If you make a copy for each class and later decide you want to make a change to the document, you would have to visit each document to make that change. With the tip below, if you decide to make a change to the document you will only need to open the document, make your change, and the change will automatically update in all of the folders.
